10 scapula pullups
20 band pull aparts (palms up)
40 mountain climbers

Skill

-Bridge up, candlestick to lever
-Broad jump, handstand, cartwheel

Conditioning
Performance
3 rounds for time:
10 burpees
10 squat cleans (115/75)
10 box jumps (30/24)

Fitness
3 rounds for time:
10 burpees
10 power cleans
10 step ups
