Warm Up

5 knees to feet jumps
10 OHS
5 pass thrus
10 supermans
5 snatch deadlifts
5 hang muscle snatches

Strength

Hang power snatch + hang snatch + overhead squat
70%, 2 x (1+1+2)
75%, 3 x (1+1+1)

Conditioning

For time
21-15-9 reps of
