Warm up
3 rounds of strict “Cindy”

Double under clinic

Skill
12 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 30 seconds of double unders or triple unders
Minute 2 – 8-10 toes to bar
Minute 3 – 5-7 handstand push ups

Scale hspu with negatives or handstand holds.

Conditioning
3 rounds for time:
400m run
15 wall balls (20/14)
15 power snatches (75/55)
