High-hang snatch + hang snatch + snatch
E2MOM for 12 minutes, ascending

Fitness
High-hang power snatch + hang power snatch + power snatch
E2MOM for 12 minutes, across

Conditioning
Performance
10 minute EMOM:
3 thrusters (135/95) + 6 C2B pull ups

Fitness
10 minute EMOM:
6 DB thrusters + 6 jumping pull ups
