Warm Up

:20 front rack KB hold
10 plank shoulder taps
10 goblet squats
10 pass thrus
5 scap pull ups
10 PVC overhead squats
Strength
15 minutes to work up to weight for workout.
Conditioning
20 minute AMRAP
5 snatches (165/110)
3 overhead squats
1 strict ring muscle up
