Warm up
5 minutes:
10 glute bridges
10 good mornings
10 overhead KB walking lunges

Strength
Deadlift: Build to a 1RM
Push press: Build to a 1RM

Conditioning
“Annie”
Performance/Fitness
For time, 50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
Double unders
Abmat sit ups

Single unders x2
