Mobility: Bring wrist mobility to a whole new level with voodoo bands! Same mobilizations, just a little spice to really open things up and get you set up for your max push press.

Warm up
5 minutes:
10 glute bridges
10 good mornings
10 overhead KB walking lunges

Deadlift: Build to a 1RM
Push press: Build to a 1RM

For time, 50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
Double unders
Abmat sit ups

Single unders x2
