Mobility: We can’t stress enough the importance and benefits of the bands when it come to mobility. Kelly Starrett goes through a few different mobs in this video: one for the hard-to-reach high hamstring and a few for the shoulder working it into external rotation in the overhead position to help us in our jerk.

Warm up
3 rounds not for time:
250m row @ 18 stroke/min rate
20 hollow rocks
10 ring rows

Power clean + power jerk
2 TNG with 2 count pause in receiving positions
