Warm up
2 rounds:
10 pass thrus
10 overhead lunges
10 jump squats

Skill
SPLIT JERK
Technique work: 5×3 (no heavier than 60% of max)

Conditioning
Performance

15 power cleans (115/75)
45 double unders
15 push jerks (115/75)
45 double unders

Fitness
3 rounds for time:
15 hang power cleans
90 single unders
15 DB push press
90 single unders
