Mobility: As we go to max out on cleans today, let’s go for no pain faces in the front rack position. Warm up your wrists with a few of the 8 exercises found in this article by Boxlife Magazine.

Warm up
2 rounds w/ empty barbell:
3 clean-grip deadlifts
3 clean high pulls
3 hang muscle cleans
3 front squats
3 hang power cleans
3 tall cleans
3 cleans

1 more round w/ weight

Strength
Clean: Build to a 1RM

Conditioning
“Fran”
For time,
21-15-9 reps for time:
Thrusters (95/65)
Pull ups

*10-minute time cap
