Warm Up

5 elbow rotations
5 front squats
5 strict press

Strength
Power clean & jerk: 4×2, across
Conditioning
7 rounds for time:
7 box jumps (30/24)
7 hang power cleans (115/75)
7 front rack lunges (115/75)
