Warm Up
2 rounds:
10/8 calorie ski or bike
10 good mornings
10 box jumps

2 rounds w/ empty bar:
5 elbow rotations
5 front squats
5 strict press
5 back squats
5 RDLs

Strength
Power clean & jerk: 4×2, across

Conditioning
7 rounds for time:
7 box jumps (30/24)
7 hang power cleans (115/75)
7 front rack lunges (115/75)
