10 strict toes to bar
10 barbell good mornings
10 PVC overhead squats
30 second L-sit or plank

3 rounds for time
50 abmat sit ups
40 KBS (53/35)
30 thrusters (45/35)
20 box jumps (24/20)
10 squat snatches (45/35)

3 rounds for time:
50 abmat sit ups
40 Russian KBS
30 KB thrusters
20 step ups
10 hang power snatches
