5 muscle cleans
5 front squats
5 push presses
5 power cleans
5 split jerks

*Add weight for second set if able

Strength
15 minute EMOM
Clean & jerk x 1

Increase weight every 5 minutes.

Conditioning
3 rounds for time:
10 overhead squats (115/75)
50 double unders

Rest 2 minutes

3 rounds for time:
15 box jumps (24/20)
8 handstand push ups
