Warm up
400m run

Then, 3 rounds:
8 banded good mornings
8 walking lunges w/ PVC pass thru
:20 arch hold

Strength
Superset
Deadlift: 75%, 4×4
L-seated DB/KB shoulder press: 4×10

*1 minute rest between sets

Conditioning
For time
12-10-8-6-4-2 reps of:
Hang power clean (155/105)
Burpee pull up
