Wednesday, September 25th Crossfit Workout of the Day
Many of us find ourselves struggling with pain in the medial elbow joint when we front squat, clean, do pull ups, etc. Here’s a great exercise from Greg Everett that can help lessen that pain and make cleans a bit more comfortable.
Warm Up
2 rounds:
10 air squats
5 broad jumps
10 walking lunges w/ PVC pass thru
5 push up to downward dog
10 banded presses
Strength
Clean
5-3-3-2-1
Work to moderately heavy single.
Conditioning
Open Workout 18.2/18.2a
In 12 minutes…
Complete 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of
DB squats (50/35)
Bar-facing burpees
In time remaining, find a 1RM clean.
