12 days of Christmas WOD (solo or partner) – For time:

1 Deadlift

2 hang power cleans

3 front squats

4 shoulder presses

5 pullups

6 push presses

7 pushups

8 thrusters

9 squat cleans

10 push jerks

11 box jumps 24/20 in

12 snatches

Time cap: 40 min

This may be performed either solo or partner style

Solo: Barbell: 95/65 lbs OR Dumbbell: 2 DBs at 35/25 lbs, except snatches with one DB only

Partner (split as desired): Barbell: 125/85 lbs OR Dumbbell: 2 DBs at 50/35 lbs, except snatches with one DB only
