In teams of 2, for time:

Buy-in: 400m plate run (2×25 lbs per team)

Then, with only 1 partner working at a time, choose your own adventure:

50 alternating DB snatches 50/35 lbs

50 box jump overs 24/20 in

50 American KBS 24/16 kg

50 Toes-to-bars

50 pullups

50 double DB clean and jerks 50/35 lbs

50/40 cal ski

Buy-out: 400m plate run (2×25 lbs per team)

* At the top of each minute, complete 3 burpees each (except for the runs)

Time cap: 30 min

Olympic lifting

Part A

EMOM for 4 rounds:

2 squat snatches

EMOM for 4 rounds:

1 snatch + 1 hang squat snatches from below the knee

EMOM for 4 rounds:

1 snatch

Part B

Paused snatch + snatch + hang snatch

4x [1+1+1] at 75%+

Part C

Snatch high pulls

3×3 at 105% of 1RM

Part D

In 10 min, complete:

4 rounds for time:

8 burpees over bar

6 deadlifts 115/80 lbs

2 snatches 115/80 lbs

2 overhead squats 115/80 lbs

— then, in the remaining time, find a max load for the following:

1 snatch + 1 overhead squat
