In teams of 2, for time, split as desired:

20 wall walks – other partner hold hang from rig

40 double DB snatches 50/35 lbs – other partner holds a handstand / plank

60 double DB burpee deadlifts 50/35 lbs – other partner full rest

800m run (together)

60 double DB burpee deadlifts 50/35 lbs – other partner full rest

40 single DB snatches 50/35 lbs – other partner holds a handstand / plank

20 sandbags over shoulder AHAP – other partner holds a handstand / plank

Time cap: 34 min

Olympic lifting

Part A

Every 90 sec for 4 rounds:

4 push jerks – 50-60% of C&J

Immediately followed by, every 90 sec for 4 rounds:

4 split jerks – 60-70% of C&J

Part B

Clean pulls

3×5 at 70%

Part C

Take 12 min to find a 3RM hang clean

Part D

8 min AMRAP:

24 deadlifts 95/65 lbs

18 hang power cleans 95/65 lbs

12 shoulder to overheads 95/65 lbs

Goal: Aim for mostly unbroken movements, with a goal of getting 3+ rounds
