In teams of 2, one partner working at a time except for the runs, split as desired, 6 rounds for time:

12 snatches [BB: 135/95 lbs, DBs: 2×45/30 lbs]

16 pullups

200m run (both)

24 wall balls 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft.

Time cap: 32 min

Olympic lifting

Part A

Muscle snatch from 12″ blocks + behind the neck press – 3x(3+3) at 30-45%

Time cap: 10 min

Part B

Power snatch + snatch from 6″ blocks 5x(1+2) at 65%

Time cap: 10 min

Part C

Snatch balance – 4×3 at 80%

Time cap: 12 min

Part D – Conditioning

Every 90 sec for 5 rounds, each for time:

3 hang power snatches 115/80 lbs

6 overhead squats 115/80 lbs

9 toes to bars
