100 deadlifts [BB: 155/105 lbs, KBs: 2×24/16 kg]

100 alternating DB snatches 50/35 lbs

Time cap: 34 min

Olympic lifting

Part A

Overhead squats

5×5 – higher than last week’s snatch balance

Part B

1 hang snatch from above the knee + 2 hang snatches from below the knee

5 sets, increasing

Part C

Snatch high pull + power snatch

5x[1+1] at 70-75%

Part D

Every 1 min until failure:

8 snatches 95/65 lbs

8 burpees

Cap: 8 min
