150 wall balls

120/96 cal row

90 chest-to-bar pullups

60 bear complexes

30 sandbag cleans

Time cap: 30 min

Bear complex: 1 power clean + 1 front squat + 1 push press + 1 back squat + 1 push press

BB: 95/65 lbs

DBs: 35/20 lbs (replace back squat with 2 lunges)
