In teams of 2, chipper style, for time:

50 double DB devil presses 50/35 lbs

100 toes to bars / V-ups

150 Box jumps over 24/20 in

Note: Box jumps overs with Open standard, i.e. step down

One partner working at a time, split as desired

Time cap: 34 min

Olympic lifting

Warm-up: Dynamic (5min)

Muscle snatch + Snatch drop – 4x(3+3) at 30%-40%

Time cap: 7 min

Power snatch + Hang snatch – 5x(1+2) at 60%

Time cap: 10 min

Snatch balance – 5×5 at 70%

Time cap: 12 min

Snatch grip deadlift – 5×2 at 110%

Time cap: 8 min
