Community WOD (EVF360 & Crossfit)

Team of 2, 8 rounds for time:

200m run (both partners)

20 handstand pushups [split as desired]

4 round of Macho-man (BB: 135/95 lbs, DBs: 2×50/35 lbs) [2 rounds each]

Macho-man complex: 3 power cleans + 3 front squats + 3 jerks

Time cap: 30 min

Olympic lifting

Part A

12 min to complete 5-6 sets for load of:

2 snatch from below the knee

1 snatch

Part B

Every 90 sec for 5 sets:

3 overhead squats

100% of snatch 1RM

Part C

3 rounds for max reps, “fight gone bad” style, 1 min per station:

Hang power snatches at 50% of 1RM

Row for calories

Overhead squats at 50% of 1RM
