Teams of 2, for time, one partner working at a time:

90/72 cal row

— then, 8 rounds of (partners alternate full rounds):

10 push presses (BB: 75/55 lbs, DBs: 35/25 lbs)

10 pullups

— then, 70/54 cal row

— then, 6 rounds of (partners alternate full rounds):

10 push jerks (BB: 95/65 lbs, KBs: 16/12 kg)

10 chest-to-bar pullups

— then 50 clean and jerks (BB:115/80 lbs, DBs: 50/35 lbs)

Time cap: 34 min

Olympic lifting

Part A

15 min to work to 3 rep max snatch

Part B

Every 90 sec for 5 sets:

3 snatch balances

80-90% of 1RM

Part C

3 rounds of 3 min AMRAP, 1 min rest between:

X snatches

X overhead squats

6 burpees over the bar

Round 1: 9 reps at 95/65 lbs

Round 2: 6 reps at 115/80 lbs

Round 3: 3 reps at 135/95 lbs

Scaling: 50%, 60%, 70%
