In teams of 2, one partner working at a time:

Part A: 14 min AMRAP with buy-in:

Buy-in: 80/64 cal row

Then, AMRAP in the remaining time of:

20 double DB front rack lunges 50/35 lbs

12 double DB snatches 50/35 lbs

4 sandbag to shoulders

— rest 2 min

Part B: 14 min AMRAP with buy-in:

Buy-in: 80/64 cal row

Then, AMRAP in the remaining time of:

20 pullups

12 double KB clean and jerks 24/16 kg

4 wall walks

Olympic lifting

Part A

12 min to complete 5 sets for load of:

2 snatches from 6″ blocks

1 snatch

Part B

Every 90 sec for 3 sets:

3 snatch high pulls at 90%

Then, every 90 sec for 3 sets:

3 snatch drops at 50%

Part C

In 12 min, complete:

4 rounds for time:

8 KB snatches 24/16 kg

6 single arm KB overhead squats (choose arm as you wish)

4 snatches 115/80 lbs

— then, in the remaining time, find a max load for the following:

1 power snatch + 2 overhead squats + 1 hang snatch
