60 double DB box step overs 50/35 lbs, 24/20 in

30 devil presses 50/35 lbs

Time cap: 30 min

Olympic lifting

Part A

12 min to complete 5 sets for load of:

1 snatch from above the knee

1 snatch from below the knee

1 snatch

Part B

Every 2 min for 3 sets:

5 overhead squats

100% of snatch 1RM

Part C

10 min alternating EMOM:

Odd: 9 deadlifts, 6 hang power snatches, 3 overhead squats 115/80 lbs

Even: 40 double unders
