Conditioning

For time:

50 clean & jerks 95/65 lbs

50 burpees over the bar

50 power snatches 95/65 lbs

Time cap: 20 min

Scaling: the weight on the bar should allow you to complete double digits sets in most cases. This should not be more than 60% of your snatch 1RM.
