12 windshield wipers
8 HSPU or box pike push ups
15 Pull ups or ring rows
12 cossack squats

B) Death by burpees.
Min 1: 4 burpees
Min 2: 6 burpees
Min 3: 8 burpees
Min 4: 10 burpees
Min 5: 12 burpees
Min 6: 14 burpees

Keep adding two until no longer able to complete the workout. Time cap 20 min
