20 band pullaparts

5 inch worms

20 sec handstand hold

5 no pushup burpees

Endurance

Every 6 min for 5 rounds:

500m/400m row

10 strict handstand pushups

20 V-ups

3 wall walks

— rest the remainder of the interval

Note: time cap for each round is 5 min. This leaves at least 1 min of rest.
