10 double DB box step overs 24/20 in, 50/35 lbs

5 double DB snatches 50/35 lbs

10 double DB box step overs 24/20 in, 50/35 lbs

15/12 cal row

— rest 2 min, then:

“4 rounds of:

5 double DB deadlifts 50/35 lbs

10 double DB box step overs 24/20 in, 50/35 lbs

Time cap: 30 min

Note: Adjust the weight accordingly so that each round takes 2 min. This means that the devil presses and double DB snatches should be cycled fairly quickly, and the step overs performed in 2 quick sets or less each round
