8 alternating single DB hang clean & jerks

Endurance

Every 2 min for 32 min, rotating through (4 rounds):

14 burpees box get overs 48/40 in

2 rounds of DB DT 50/35 lbs

400m/320m ski

8 Turkish get ups 24/16 kg (4 per side)

Mobility (10 min)

1 min 4 ways wrist stretch

1 min pronated twisted cross per side

2 min foam roller on T-spine

1 min per side couch stretch
