12 double DB deadlifts 50/35 lbs

9 double DB hang power cleans 50/35 lbs

6 double DB shoulder to OH 50/35 lbs

30 double unders

Mobility

1 min per side banded triceps stretch

30 sec per side quadruped thoracic rotation stretch

2 min quadruped wrist rotation stretches, all 4 ways
