36 min alternating EMOM (6 rounds):

Min 2: 1 round of Cindy (5 pullups + 10 pushups + 15 air squats)

Min 3: rest

Min 4: 15/12 cal assault bike

Min 5: max American KBS 24/16 kg

Min 6: rest

Mobility – Time permitting

8-10 min mobility with lacrosse ball on hips and calves
