Warm Up

8 minute EMOM
Minute 1 – 10 good mornings + 5 back squats
Minute 2 – 10 alternating groiners
Minute 3 – :30 squat stretch
Minute 4 – 10 Cossack squats

Strength

Back squat

Work to heavy set of 8

Conditioning

Every 2:00 for as long as possible:
8 DB snatches (50/35)
8 box jumps (24/20)

Add two reps to each movement every round.
